Dashboard incorrectly says "0 node" (should be nodes, in plural)

Description
The rule in English is to use the plural form for zero, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plural#Usage_of_the_plural.
Simply put, in an algorithm, 1 is the only exception, and all other cases should use the plural.
