When we edit a rule, we get the tree of all categories/techniques and all categories of groups, categories/techniques, even for techniques without any directive (or category without groups) - what is of no use for that screen. We want to display ONLY Technique (and their categories) with Directives and ONLY category of groups with actual groups. Directives.
