We need an UI to manage ACL configuration in API Authorization plugin.
We need to know *before* final if we are able to plug that UI with the plugin, or if it needs to be embedded in Rudder. That second option would be bad, because it would mean that the plugin UI can't be modified without upgrading Rudder. A middle ground, where the UI activation is controled in Rudder, but the actual config UI is a dedicated JS app brought by the plugin would be much better.
The same questions must be answered for the user token creation.
