User story #10157: Add an option to not display rule status/recent changes in directives screen

If we change the status of "Display rule compliance columns", we need to refresh the page to be able to revert to previous value

Description

When we change "Display rule ocmpliance columns" parameter in Settings page, and save change, we cannot revert to previous value, as the "Save changes" button is disabled.
Refreshing the page solves the issue

Note that it happens also with "Display changes graphs"
