Description
Currently if a user has the permission to accept a node, they also have the right to remove it. It could be nice to be able to make a difference.
To give a more precise example:
We have a site A and site B, I would like users from site A to be able to delete nodes on site A and B. But users from site B could onle remove nodes from site B.
It could be implemented by hiding nodes from site A to site B users using groups ACLs.
