Add filters to display success/error/warn and by Directive/Rule in Technical Logs display of Node details

Description

All this discussion concerns the "Technical logs" tab in a "Node details" screen.

Currently, there is one big table, with a text filter box. This is useful, but not specific enough.
What I would like to add is:

  • A set of buttons above the table "Repaired", "Warn", "Error", "Success", "Info", that are all selected by default. When one clicks on one, that would exclude that type of message from the table.
  • A drop down menu above the table with no label, that contains the following items: "Show all Rules", "Show only Rule 'A'", "Show only Rule 'B'", etc where A, B, etc are the Rules applied to that node
  • Another drop down menu above the table with no label, that contains the following items: "Show all Directives", "Show only Directive 'A'", "Show only Directive 'B'", etc where A, B, etc are the Directives applied to that node

Also, having a drop down list with CR / PI, so we can only select the ones we want to see the reports about.

And it would be cool to have an API that enables us to filter server side and not load everything client side because there are REAL perf problems

This is still very much needed today: all this discussion concerns the "Technical logs" tab in a "Node details" screen.
