Wrong condition on check on classes applied to method call to know if we want to add rudder_reporting bundle in metadata.xml
We want to check that the class is different from any and cfengine-community not diffrent from any or cfengine-community (which is always true, any is different from cfengien-community ... would need a XOR here (not the space sherif, Nicolas) )
