http://www.rudder-project.org/rudder-api-doc/#api-_-Versioning states that apiV9 was introduced in Rudder 4.1 - but this is true only for the datasource plugin; the apiV9 was trully added in later version
So this doc should mention that for Rudder core, v9 was introduced in 4.2; while the plugin datasource add a v9 as well
Not sure of the expected wording though
