Missing reports on two servers
Description
I have some servers with 0 compliance and an error message, could you tell me why?
For information, the ping toward Rudder server is forbiden, is it needed?

Hello,
The ping is not requested between node <-> server, but you need to have other ports open. See the requirement here: https://www.rudder-project.org/doc-4.2/rudder-installation-requirements.html
We can't help you with so little information. Did you tried to run what the error message ask you for? If not, please try "rudder agent health" on the node, it will help see what the problem is.

Would you mind showing us the result of `rudder agent health` ?

Try "rudder agent update -i" on the node this will probably report you some error.
If there is no error, then try "rudder agent run -i"
