Description
As we enable ProxyErrorOverride, apache overriding error response from Rudder
On apache 2.2, all errors are overwritten, leading to wrong answer from api / authentication from rudder
On apache 2.4, only auth api used by ncf is impacted it leads to #12720 (because the url is not in the exception)
