Generic methods should check for undefined variables in parameters and report an error without executing

Description
Currently, we are not able to detect undefined variable before class_prefix in reporting. By detecting it earlier, we could prevent executing methods with undefined parameters.
- Severity set to Critical - prevents main use of Rudder | no workaround | data loss | security
- Effort required set to Large
