Description

I tried the technique in verison 1.2 on a rudder 4.3.3 and it fails to check if a package was absent in "the latest version".
It was on a SLES, with zypper but it may be not package manager specific.

It succeeded to check if the packets were absent in a specific version and in "any" version.
