Forgetting the "vars." prefix when using a variable in mustache templating lead to an infinite loop in cfengine.
Using 100% cpu and doing nothing....

It might have been due to a side effect of the use of #13894. We are not able to reproduce it anymore.
If anybody succeeds in reproducing, please reaopen!
