Description

We should put in the common template the code for the success pop-up, add an utility method somewhere to open it, and remove all the specific success pop-up code.

That code appeard at least for policyInstanceEditForm, configurationRuleEditForm, EditPolicyServerAllowedNetwork and certainly others.
