Display documentation of ncf methods directly in the editor

Description
We have a documentation that is defined for every method in ncf, but it's not available for now in the interface. it's already parsed and send through the api but we do not use it yet!
Instead we display a link to the old ncf.io website. We should integrate and display directly that documentation
