When a parameter is empty we cannot save but there's no hint why

Description
In the technique editor, it is impossible to save when a technique parameter is empty.
However, there is nothing to show that to the user.
When a generic mehod is missing parameter, it is highlighted when trying to save.
We should do the same for technique parameters
