Updating Apache's reverse proxy configuration to handle HTTPS requests on remote-run API

Description
Since we're no longer using Python uwsgi we must update the apache configuration to setup a reverse proxy in order to handle https requests on the remote-run API.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.0.0~beta1 which was released today.
