Description

Since the latest nightly, the webapp can no longer generate policies and display the following error:
[2019-09-09 11:25:59] ERROR policy.generation - Error when updating policy, reason was: Cannot build target configuration node <- Error when trying to get the java script engine. Check with your system administrator that you JVM support JSR-223 with javascript

This seems to come from nashorn since a simple workaroud was removing the parameter -Dnashorn.args=--no-deprecation-warning" option from /opt/rudder/etc/rudder-jetty.conf
