Description

leaving the date empty causes following error in logs

[2019-12-05 21:55:23+0000] ERROR com.normation.rudder.web.services.LogDisplayer - Could not get latest event logs <- Bad format for start date, was execpting 'org.joda.time.format.DateTimeFormatter@1107a580' and got '' <- Invalid format: ""
