Rudder package should be way more tested automatically

Description

Currently only the version parsing is tested.
We should be able to test if it is capable of installing properly a given rpkg, catch its version, mode, metadata etc...
We should also test the rudder infos it retrieves such as version etc...
The removal of plugins should also be tested.
