Some alignement issues in the interface

Description
Vertical alignement of text relative to radio is not correct in Group creation popup
Same for group type in group page
test in button "Allow overrides on this default setting?" in node settings is not correctly centered
alignement of compliance bars in rule pages is weird

quite a hell to fix, radio button are dependant of the browser, browser settings And the system.
and centering things is complicated too.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.0.5 which was released today.
