Bug #16432: slapd configuration is not correctly updated during migration from 5.0 to 6.0

Description

The service should be stop in presinst, otherwise, files from the previous package are already gone at upgrade time and in case of migration from 5 to 6 we are trying to stop
an init.d service which uses old conf files (already gone since the call is done in postinst) which breaks the package installation.
