This is a rather novel approach to managing configuration. I don't know if we're ready to start distributing packages compiled by Normation with our PTs. This needs at least some more discussion.

For Rudder 2.3, we will simply not support configuring OpenVPN. This is too complex a problem to solve now, for very little benefit.
