Users with readonly rights should be able to view the node properties and their value

Description
Users with read_only cannot view node properties values, it is expected they have a config_write right enabled on them but this should only be needed for action button and creation, not seeing them

this does not work: with a user with role read_only, i don't get to see the value

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 5.0.17 and 6.0.5 which were released today.
