When you create a technique, the field "description" supports markdown and is latter used for technique documentation. These information are missing, so an user won't be able to discover it.

We need to had:

- the markdown "M" with a mouseover that says it supports markdown,
- perhaps change description to "technique documentaton"
- add a comment explaining that that field will be displayed in directives which use that technique.
