Description
nodeslist.json is generated in string template from distributePolicy/1.0/nodeslist.json.st from 4 system variables: SUB_NODES_NAME, SUB_NODES_ID, SUB_NODES_KEYHASH, SUB_NODES_SERVER, which are only used their.
It is inefficient, complicated and forbid smart json generation (removing empty fields, etc).
=> remove these 4 system variable and just generate nodeslist.json directly for policy servers.
