As a user who uses the Technique Packages i would like to be able to include or exclude a package based on the Operating System.

Description
As a User currently if i try to install a package on a given linux distro in 90% of cases they are the same name regardless of being on centos or say debian.
In 10% of cases the names do not line up and i need to specify an alternative package name or exclude it based on the distro.
This is currently not possible without making multiple package lists per distro which means increased overhead.
