Description
On the 6.1 nightly, I was using the openscap plugin, but when I tried to modify its builtin technique, the technique editor did not let me "save" the changes until I made an actual change in the description.
After the save, I ended up with a duplicate technique, which prevents me from modifying/removing my previous technique. Also, the changes were not applied to my directive, so I think the technique editor really find 2 differents techniques with same id.
