Rudder

I was wrong, it currently also exclude the relays from the group when unchecked. But they are not excluded from the search result when creating/modifying the group.
In definitive they are 2 things to edit:

• Fix the search display to properly exclude the server and the relays if asked to
• Change the text of the checkbox to "Include Rudder server and relays"

I double checked and actually, relay server are always included, only the root server is excluded.
It would make sense to exclude all policy servers (root+relays) but it would break existing groups. So I propose to:

- change text for now,
- add an option to exclude relays too, in 6.2.
