Description

When we try to create an API account with custom ACL, the menu is not displayed and we cannot use the feature
It seems that the Elm app is not loaded, in browser console :

Uncaught TypeError: Elm.ApiAuthorizations is undefined
    <anonymous> apiManagement line 2 > injectedScript:16
