Can't get over page "Getting Started"

Description

In Rudder 7.0 when installing with command :

rudder-setup setup-server 7.0 all

With the following environment variables:
{"DOWNLOAD_USER" => "XXX", 
"DOWNLOAD_PASSWORD" => "XXX", 
"ADMIN_PASSWORD" => "admin", 
"FORGET_CREDENTIALS" => true}

I'm unable to validate "Getting Started" page with "Save" button and access the next step.
