because something reenable the previous jar:

Updating package index
Updating licences
The plugin rudder-plugin-dsc is installed in version 6.2-1.25. The version nightly 7.0.0~beta3-2.0-nightly is available, the plugin will be upgraded.
The package is already installed, ugrading
Removing previous plugin jar
Restarting rudder-jetty
enable /opt/rudder/share/plugins/dsc/rudder-plugin-dsc.jar
Restarting rudder-jetty
