IE bug with the "save" button in policy instance management

Description
on IE 9 you have to click twice on the "save" button, or it wont work
- Target version changed from 24 to 18
- Status changed from New to Discussion
- Assignee set to Arthur ANGLADE
- Target version changed from 18 to 2.4.0~rc1
Lots of CSS changes have happened in Rudder since these bugs were opened. Are they still applicable? Please update, and reject if not.

This is fixed by 2.4 changes in css, it can be rejected
