Let event log details be in a pop-up

Description

For now, event log details are displayed directly in the list of event logs, in the last column.
That is not what we want: it is extremely long to retrieve all that data from DB, and it's ugly.

We want to display a "[details]" link in the last column, when applicable, and that that link open a pop-up with the actual details.
