Description
On a Debian 8 on a raspberry pi, the agent cannot restart services, because it tries to restart usng systemd, while systemd is not use
Systemd binary is there, but /sbin/init is not a link to systemd
We shoud adapt the way we detect systemd to ensure if it's a symbolink link or not
