Unescaped slash (/) in technique name leads to API errors for draft

Description
I have a technique named @@. I was able to save it and use it, it worked well. But once saved one time, I can't save it again, I get an API error with no error details, and in the js console I get:
The Requested URL /rudder/secure/api/techniques/Content%20of%20/tmp/rudder-rollout-demo.txt/1.0 was not found on this server

Trying to change the name without the slashes then leads to more strangeness: change are commited in backend, but from UI we get a timeout error:
The last part is maybe not linked: I closed my laptop for a time (sleep), and virtualbox seems to have been quite lost by that sleep.
