Description
When an API call is made, and it makes an error, there is no error log message, so we have no way to know what happens if the response is ignored and we don't have any history so we will never know what happened. We need to log an error message so that we can understand what is going wrong and debug api errors afterwards

The current configuration does not keep history, so we just have one day

The API log is OK, we have the log, and it seems to be enought for now
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.1.8 and 7.2.2 which were released today.
