Remove LDIF history logging

Description
We have a very old feature allowing to log (dump) inventories received into an LDIF format at the history.inventories.rootdir location.
This is clearly not the direction we want to go, and it's useless since we have now /var/rudder/fact-repository/nodes which store in a more human-readable format.
