We have source archives now, so we must use them instead of cloning git repositories

Description
Until now, we used to clone git repositories from github in order to use in the packaging of every packages.
Now, we've got source tarball accessible from http://www.rudder-project.org/archives/ and we better use them instead of cloning every time we want to get sources of a package.
