Add a filter on the PI screen to search for a given PI

Description
On the PI screen, for the PI tree, we will want to have a search input field witch will allow to filter PIs/PTs based on the name and/or definition.

This does not appear to work as expected. I have encountered several issues:
- Typing in the search box does not display matching PT or PI (neither immediatly, nor after pressing enter)
- Pressing the "rubber" icon to the right of the search box does empty the search box (expected) but it also folds up all nodes in the tree (unexpected, I would want it to leave nodes unfolded, just return to the previous display before I searched, or the default display)
- The red X has an erroneous tooltip saying "Open All Nodes", this should be Close
- The green + and the red X have tooltips saying "Open All Nodes", but I think the use of the term "Node" is confusing here as it has a special meaning in Rudder ('servers we manage'). How about "Open all categories"?
5. each time we save the PI, a new search snippet appears atop the other ones.
That's really strange, something must have been messed up with the commit...

Change the priority as for now, it's no more a missing feature but a big-buggy thing.
