There's no way to notify systemd that an unit changed

Description
When we change an init script, we would need to do a deamon-reload for systemd, however there's no way to do it, unless running a command
- Target version changed from 7.2.5 to 7.2.6
- Target version changed from 7.2.6 to 7.2.7
- Target version changed from 7.2.7 to 7.2.8
- Target version changed from 7.2.8 to 7.2.9
- Target version changed from 7.2.9 to 7.2.10
- Target version changed from 7.2.10 to 7.2.11
- Target version changed from 7.2.11 to 1046
- Subject changed from There's no way to notify systemd that an init script changed to There's no way to notify systemd that an unit changed
