closedTechnique 'Name resolution': We should be able to prevent dhclient to modify /etc/resolv.conf
Description
If dhclient is installed, /etc/resolv.conf will always be modified by it. This is not converging with Rudder.
The best way is to create a dhclient hook which override /etc/resovl.conf modification.

All the three commits linked to that issue are wrong they are for issue #2534.
This issue is not fixed and need to be adressed if not in another issue.
I target it as 2.10, since it's a Techniqe issue

This won’t be added to that technique, please use the technique editor for that. If you are missing some capabilities in it, please open a ticket for that need.
