Description

As per #2295, the LDAP tree should be changed :
- Attributes should be renamed
- The tree ou=Configuration Rules should be renamed
- The ou=Rudder, policyCategoryId=UserPolicyTemplateLibraryRoot DN should be renamed

And the slapd.conf should be changed accordingly
