In #22815 we added the possibility to use rudderc to generate policy files from technique.yml.

But we added a "linux only" parameter that in the end is not useful (the rudderc side of the feature was done in time).

So we should remove it to simplify code future maintenance and don't let people believe this something really supported (it is not).
