Description

For now, technique migration to YAML format does not handle technique compilation. Moreover, it assumes path to technique config repo in place of geting it from the the config, and it has few logs which make it hard to debug or let the user know what to do.
Finaly, it must not fail if one migration fail but try to migrate as many as possible.
