Description
This bug is specific to 8.0 , this is not occurring in 7.3 or 7.2
1. In a technique, create/add/edit/delete a resource but do not save the technique
2. Refresh the page, go back to the technique, you will see that there is a modification in resource that is not saved, but the save button is disabled
Workaround: edit something else to be able to save the technique
