Description

When we defined a technique parameter with a given name, id and documentation, ther resulting directive ID field does not have what is needed where it should:
- doc is missing (in place of on mouse over)
- on mousevocer, we have the name
- in place of name, we have ID (that should not appear)

First qualif show that the problem is in rudderc not generating the correct metadata.xml
