We need to adapt compliance processing to take into account the fact that it depdends of nodes viewable for current user.

Typically, a directive applied to nodes on different tenants must display the correct compliance for people limited to one tenant.

This architecture issue is here to understand what the impact is, and demonstrate it working on at least one screen (likely directive since it should be the simplest).
