Description

We need to have a way to save a lot of at least CoreNodeFact (not sure for the whole thing) at once, and only trigger one change event for the whole.

Typicaly, we may want to define a property on a several nodes (but not through groups) ; or a tenant ; or a description.

At first, we may only provide an internal API, but it would be handy to provide the corresponding REST API to allow simpler usage from user/plugins/etc.
