Description

  • Some user state in the database has been broken since #24209, we still need to update a user's status and provider when it logs in back with OIDC but it was managed by file
  • On each reload, deleted users seem to come back to active status (then since they are not in the file, reloading again mark them as "deleted", so it goes back and forth on each reload)
